Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for those who love shopping. Traffic is usually heavy between 11am till midnight, may consider taking the MRT. Pleasantly surprised to receieve mini cakes and lovely notes every afternoon, including on the first day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel!
The room was beautiful, and the overall ambience was so welcoming. The staff went above and beyond—from the bellboy to housekeeping, everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive.
They even set up a special birthday decoration with a cake for my child, which made the experience unforgettable.
I highly recommend this hotel. Truly one of the best stays we've had!

Fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion KL. The hotel staff provided excellent service and even upgraded our room to a Junior Executive Suite, which was a perfect fit for our family with 4 kids. Truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and hospitality.

应该是住过最差的 全世界最差的Riza-Carlton吧
设施非常老旧不堪。根本对不起这个价格！
卫浴很老旧 全是水垢。洗浴产品的外壳也看起来n年没换了。浴缸也很脏和老 ！连纸巾盒子都破旧不堪！双床很小 。橱柜的手柄一拉就掉下来、地毯也是坏的。靠墙角的一块地板凹进去的
自助餐也很水 。

这家酒店的位置不错，环境设施也可以，就是我们早上飞机到的比较早，孩子急需睡觉，跟前台沟通可否加钱提前开房间，前台告知无房间，我们一家在外面游荡到十点多，我联系了携程，特别感谢携程的客服，积极联系了酒店，11点多我中午接到了酒店的邮件，还给我升级了房间，这次让我体会到了在携程订酒店的好处

在吉隆坡住到了号称全球最便宜丽思卡尔顿之一
预订时看酒店开业年代久远还有些许担心，入住后发现我的担心是多馀的，酒店设施保养非常好，低调奢华中透露出无以伦比的尊贵，管家服务超贴心，主动帮我们拿行李，开车门，寄存服务。每一个工作人员都会微笑，情绪价值拉满，让我的旅途得到了很好的放松。尤其满意早餐服务，菜品丰富，涵盖各国美食，水果新鲜干净，狂炫了两盘芭乐，美味可口！
酒店的地理位置也无可挑剔，步行即可轻松抵达武吉免登购物中心和众多美食地标，探索城市极为便利。
总而言之，吉隆坡丽思卡尔顿不仅仅是一家酒店，它代表了一种无可挑剔的生活方式和对极致款待的承诺。在这里的每一刻，都被无微不至的关怀与奢华的舒适所环绕，是一次真正令人心满意足、印象深刻、并渴望再次回归的完美入住体验。

服务真的很好，不管是门僮服务帮忙拿行李还是大堂，都很友好热情，我们提前到了中午吃了饭回来，2点去问了房间，提前给我们开了房，把行李也放进去了，房间又大又干净，不知道那些差评是怎么来的，害我定酒店时犹豫纠结了好久。位置也超棒，从酒店连廊走出去就是百威年，再走二十几分钟左右就到双塔。5星好评。

Celebrating my friend 's birthday at Ritz KL. She really enjoyed her trip staying at Ritz Club Lounge. She eats, drinks, and sleeps without stepping out of the hotel. The only disappointment is that the breakfast happened this morning on the 1st floor, the lobby. We requested corner tables but were refused, saying that the table is meant for 4paxs, but I saw more than 2 tables of 2 also occupied 4paxs table. I gave feedback to him immediately that they had different standards that only refused our request. I'm quite disappointed that I really spoiled my mood in the morning. I have been staying at ritz KL a few times. It will not be a worthy if standard dropped. I think minimally they need to practice the same standards across the whole hotel since rated 5 stars

All good. We asked for extra pillow and blanket and they came in less than 15 minutes. The breakfast is not the best for a 5 stars hotel but acceptable. Read some negative reviews about the only path to the lifts is the escalator up and the long corridor. This is a design flaw from the start but as long as the escalators are working fine, everything should be fine. Room is spacious and comfortable. However, bed mattress lost its springness and it creaks quite a bit as we turn. Pillows are very flat and no bounciness at all. The hotel can consider having a pillow menu soon or change the pillows entirely. Overall, the customer service is still very good and we will still recommend young families and couples to stay there.
