My family had an outstanding stay at the hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff was consistently nice and professional. A special shoutout to Steven, the guest relations specialist, whose assistance made our stay incredibly enjoyable.
The room was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a top-quality mattress that ensured a restful night’s sleep. We also loved the bathroom view—it added a lovely touch to our stay. The food in breakfast buffer was decent and we enjoyed a lot. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. 这次入住金茂深圳JW万豪酒店真的超出预期！酒店位置优越，步行几分钟就能到车公庙地铁站。房间宽敞明亮，布置温馨雅致，隔音效果极佳，一夜好眠。宾客服务团队热情又专业，还贴心推荐了附近的景点和美食。早餐是自助形式，中西菜品一应俱全，新鲜又美味。退房时还赠送了迷迭香薄荷香包，太暖心了，必须五星好评！

这次入住万豪整体体验很好。房间非常乾净，整理得很细致，让人住得很安心。服务也很周到，外卖可以由机器人直接送到房门口，既方便也很有安全感。
晚上进出酒店时，保安检查比较严格，能感觉到对住客安全很重视，这一点让我印象很好。期间还遇到一位服务经理 Steven，会主动关心入住情况，并加了微信表示如果有任何需要都可以随时联系，回应也很及时。
客房打扫完成后，阿姨还会再确认是否满意，细节做得很到位。整体来説，不论是硬件还是服务水准都符合万豪的品牌标准，是一次很舒服、也很放心的入住体验。
