太让人无语了，退房的时候接待我们的人竟然没帮我们退到押金，已经说了前台在退结果并没有到账。如果客人没有想起来是拿着这一千块不退了吗？还要浪费时间打电话去核实重新退，我的时间就不是钱了吗？前台和接待的服务根本没有五星级水平，住过这么多五星级第一次遇到这么烂的，房间设施陈旧不完善，各方面提供的物品也不像五星级该有的档次，服务也不位，看着位置好才定的，没想到有这种体验，这个水准不如去住连锁酒店😃
