酒店的服务是我去过的所有全球五星酒店最好的，这次住的行政房，酒店的行政酒廊也超级棒！尤其是前厅的客服接待小姐游秀霞服务特别贴心，你的一个眼神 他就知道你需要什么，给力！行政客房部的服务小姐sally也特别棒，不仅给我提供单独的服务还手写了信就给我，让我感觉特别别照顾，很温馨的一次住店。由于飞机晚点，头一晚没去住，艺龙网的客服接待恶语挂了电话外，我直接联系的酒店客房预订部，酒店的李玉仙小姐及时解决的我的头一晚没有去住的问题，给这位没见面的姑娘给予好评……
