酒店整体不错，但让我们最不满意的8月20日离开酒店乘坐大巴专线时，我们按照酒店提供的时间表并提前10分钟等大巴去高铁。可大巴司机私自取消了10:30的车次，原因是自己去吃饭了。酒店前台给我们解释说司机是有半小时吃饭的，可我就不明白发车时间表上明明写的是10:30发车，11:30无发车（应该是司机休息午餐时间），司机凭什么私自取消发车安排自己吃饭。酒店和大巴司机管理部门并没有在前台或车站提示乘客，这种不负责任工作态度让人无法接受。发车时间表就在前台，也希望前台服务人员不要信口开河的糊弄客人，请你们熟知自己所公布的每项涉及到客人的通知。

我们的两间客房外景很差，酒店设施跟五星级略差一些，送的足浴还不错，师傅很专业，而且也卖力，没有因为是免费的而胡乱做一下，酒店中餐还不错，价格也很公道，早餐品种不多，令人不满的是超过140cm孩子就按全价收，我们住过的五星级酒店还没有碰到过这样的规定！
