大厅干净豪华，在无锡属于高档的酒店，服务也很不错，很热情，由于房间未能及时清理，给予免费升级景观房，很人性化，还提供免费饮料，相当不错。房间干净，也很大，早餐环境不错，如果花样再多点就更好了，总之是不错的一次入住体验。下次还会继续光顾。

很不错的五星级酒店，交通方便，离太湖景区非常近，酒店自助餐还是值得推荐的，在无锡来说，认为比其他酒店要好。客房很新，上海城投投资的吧，管理上也比较人性化。客房内部装饰中规中矩，主要还是很干净，我这人对这点比较讲究。值得推荐！

除夕住在这里的，皇冠毕竟是老牌。项目是上海城投投资的，造型格局都很大气，自助餐也很好，做的精致，味道没啥特点，五星正常到哪都一样。
