带孩子老人来无锡，从网上选了这家。离三阳广场地铁站的确近。但前台服务人员并没有表现多大的热情。办理入住花了近十分钟。我也不知道前台人员业务不熟练还是电脑系统慢，实在无语。房间一般化吧。谈不上惊喜，只能说就指望交通方便了！

第二次入住了，真是个不错的酒店，卫生好，服务好，档次高，地理位置极佳，出行方便，周围吃住行都很便利，离南长街、南禅寺等景点步行即可，还会选择再去的

跟父母来无锡旅行，赶上五一假期，房费有点贵。酒店给免费升级了房型，房间干净设施齐全，真的很喜欢！前台和客房的服务人员都很有耐心态度很好，让我对无锡这座城市好感倍增！交通非常便利！吃饭购物也很便利，十分推荐！
