非常贴心，早餐的时候还有好心的服务员过来帮忙，看到我们带小孩还给小朋友送礼物，礼物是无锡当地的泥人，非常有地域特色。下次来还会考虑入住。

太热了，感觉整个人都很焦躁。空调温度调的太高但是加湿功能完全没有考虑！整个就是不舒适！还有就是游泳不在维修！本来就是冲着泳池去的！结果没玩到！总之无锡的任何带君来的酒店都不会再去

酒店的儿童设施较差，75个电视频道中，竟然没有一个儿童频道。
酒店的客房服务或者是前台服务没有达到5星的水平，相关服务人员对酒店的业务极不熟悉。
酒店的早餐非常非常的一般，管理混乱，品种不多，没有洲际酒店应有的品质。
酒店对过的广场有儿童电动车出租，这点很吸引小朋友。
酒店的游泳池水温，卫生不错，但进入更衣室的门开关极不方便。游泳圈打气没有电动打气设备，手动打气，游泳圈的气怎么也打不足。
