从保安到前台到保洁 都很热情 入住不需要押金退房不要查房 每个房间都配备卸妆油洗面奶 送水果 送下午茶 餐厅在顶层 还有个大露台 酒店周边有无锡本邦餐厅 离市中心很近 打车14块 总之印象很好 值得二次入住

这里是我住过服务最好的酒店，前台办理入住时服务人员就递来了毛巾和各种水，工作人员都很热情礼貌，见面都会主动问好，入住第二天孩子就记住前台的小姨，总要下楼找小姨玩，酒店音响设备非常棒，打扫房间的大姐人非常热情，早餐也不错，白天玩累了晚上不想出去吃饭，酒店还有下午茶包括各种粥和小菜、水果、坚果之类的直到23:30，酒店周边也有一些吃饭的地方。位置去古运河和南禅寺打车十几分钟的路程，去太湖半个小时吧。性价比非常高，推荐大家入住。图片是酒店电视主页面显示的，很励志啊！

只能说这家酒店是我住过最棒的，从进门，就有服务员递毛巾还有茶，然后还有人会一路把我们送到客房，进来以后发现真的非常棒！设施和装修什么的都是一流！卫生也无可挑剔，从硬件到服务态度这家绝对值得五星满分！

服务没的说，非常好。前台也很好。位置还可以。就是卫生差店。房间咖啡旁边有点异味。忍了，整体还不错。设计现代化，，但是房间空气不清新。
