入住之前看评论就知道说酒店的服务很好，等自己真的入住的时候还是惊讶到了，一到前台就有热毛巾和饮料，工作人员也很热情，还有从下午2点到11点提供的下午茶。房间里是自动窗帘和雅马哈音响，看电视效果堪比影院。这次是和一对朋友结伴出行，大家都玩的很开心，尤其酒店这块留下深刻印象，以后如果再去无锡，一定还会首选住在这里

旅游去的。服务非常好，性价比高，连女性用的卸妆水和爽肤水都准备，很贴心。早餐很丰富，住了三天，胖了三斤。

房间光线太暗，感觉打扫卫生也看不清吧。镜子不方便使用，太暗了看不见。大厅的旋转门是手动的，有时陀螺一样的转速。。比较危险。大厅的鸟笼沙发真心不怎样，客人东倒西歪的躺在那里。。。不雅观。

朋友介绍来住的这家酒店，果然没有失望，每一位服务人员都热情周到，不管是门口的保安，大堂的妹妹，保洁的阿姨，都令人心情舒畅，早餐也很丰盛，唯一略感遗憾的是，距离各景区都略远。
