一家五星酒店，前台服务面无表情，语气很生硬，不够亲切，带小朋友入住打电话找客房说需要一套儿童用品，他问我要什么，儿童用品标配什么这还要我一个个说？我说牙刷拖鞋这些的，就只给我了牙刷拖鞋，浴巾毛巾不需要吗？完全配不上五星标准，只是地理位置好，对面就是南长街，停车也难停，房间卫生一般，浴缸里有毛发没清理干净，设施就那样，没有五星体验

除了位置好，其他真的很一般，酒店设施偏旧，同样价格在皇冠假日都包双早了。性价比不高。但艺龙服务不错，价格也比其他网站低，一直在他家订房。

地理位置不用说 非常棒，对面就是南长街，后面就是南禅寺，吃喝玩乐非常方便。酒店房间还算大，设施一般，有点年代感了，床很喜欢，非常软，睡得很舒服。由于到店时间接近凌晨，前台妹子态度有点冷淡呀，其他都挺满意😃
