地方比较偏，酒店本身很好，服务设施都不错，只是外面啥都没有，只能当在游轮上度假了。有健身馆，游泳池，虽然都比较小，好在都能用。服务员都很客气。早餐自助小孩免费(12岁以下)，但没啥好吃的，人则比较多，晚上的付费自助挺不错，138一位，有三文鱼！整体感觉不错。

酒店唯一的优势是便宜，此外就乏善可陈了。1，入住，前台告知早餐到11点结束，十点去就餐就餐时服务员告知十点半结束，餐厅经理说了算。2，入住请服务台送一把餐刀，送了将近一个小时不来，请客房中心找值班经理问问情况，然后，就没有然后了……3，房间隔音极差。4，网络超慢。5，退房，十几个人排队，三个前台，无人支持。6，早餐的品质，基本是食堂的标准。

酒店整体不错，设施较新，服务人员态度都很友善。房间够大，孩子睡沙发刚刚好，放箱子的地方是最满意的，拿东西方便，整理也方便。酒店的短板就是位置太偏了，周围什么店都没有，吃东西很不方便，只能在酒店里解决，虽然酒店餐饮服务还行，不过为啥不提供无锡特色小吃呢？例如无锡小笼包、排骨、银鱼馄饨。早餐对12岁以下孩子免费，赞！可是下面条和做鸡蛋卷处总是排队。不知道是厨师少还是慢性子。晚餐自助火锅不错👍
