真是第一次住设施这么差的酒店，一开始说给我们21层朝南的房间想蛮好，没想到进到房间就发现被子一掀就是别人的头发，哎，于是叫客房服务来换被套枕套，结果床单一掀下面也有，呃，好接下去换好洗澡，洗完发现外面水漫金山了，淋浴房由于胶条松了，水都出来了，只好客房服务来收拾，要不是换房间太烦，我真是恨不得立刻离开这房间。最后12点多准备睡觉了，衣柜的灯居然死活灭不了，大半夜的居然还要叫工程部的来灭灯，也是醉了。要不是酒店服务人员速度和态度比较好，我真是要找值班经理理论一下了，这什么酒店设施啊，以后就是请我来我也不要来了。

晚饭后过去的，依稀记得是不是路过了古运河… 地下停车挺方便的，就是味儿；大堂挺气派，甜品区正在打六折活动；房间内没有欢迎水果；游泳池的工作人员热情、负责，水温达28、9，舒适，健身区的吧台上放有湿巾（周到）；早餐没有网上说的那么炫
