好酒店，可惜服务跟不上
给前台我的手机上看开票资料，他们要输入就拿着不放了让客人等着，其它酒店都是拿自己手机拍了客人就自便了，但这还小事
我们一行有3个人要开票，前一天问前台开票耽误时间嘛说“快的快的”。结果当天早上结帐等开票等了半个多小时！误了我们去无锡市里要取个资料的事只能直接赶高铁站了。。。

酒店挺好的，位置有点偏，已经多次入住了，这次入住体验最差的是前台一个服务员，个子瘦瘦小小的，戴眼镜，娘娘啌，我个人认为这样的的服务生应该直接开除，一点服务意识都没有，从不会为客户着想，一副欠他多还他少的样子。

套房不错，房间宽敞，两个卫生间！拖鞋也分男女款，细节做的还不错！送了马卡龙和苹果！怎么没有找到备用被子呢？酒店外环境赞一个

酒店不错就是有点偏到市区要15分钟样子，很适合自驾游，就在在新区，很好认，最高的大楼就是，无锡这城市人不多，路上车子不堵，节奏慢，很适合旅游，餐饮很有特色，江南人的秀气在，菜色偏甜。酒店设施齐全，房间内浴缸不错还有头垫。总归5星吧。
