位置不错，距离地铁站200多米，旁边就是万达广场。其他方面就一般般，房间比较陈旧，电视机是海尔的，没有无锡旅游地图配备，沙发既简陋又脏，自助晚餐几乎没有海鲜，还碰到开会团队用餐，五分钟就洗劫一空，一塌糊涂，场内的自费客人个个傻眼。发现退房结账开单位发票的超多，很费时间，家庭亲子游的慎重入住。泳池较小光线昏暗。
服务水准一般，可能还是针对会务出差客人为主有关，和我之前入住的无锡鲁能万豪相差甚远，像是两个世界……退房时闹了不开心，我直接就把房卡砸到前台装饰墙上！一时没控制情绪，前台接待Nancy Guan给予差评，对不起！

酒店地处万达商圈，与万达广场仅一条马路之隔，假如不在酒店用餐，可以去对面的万达广场有很多的选择，特别适合年轻人口味，酒店有停车场，酒店早餐不错的，但是早餐不包含在房费内，需要用餐另行付费，酒店服务注重细节，比如房间空调早早打开，我们入住房间已是非常的凉快了，房间很宽敞，卫浴设备很齐全，总之，酒店给我的影响很好，我会继续关注。
