去无锡基本都是住喜来登，这次亲戚十个一起住这家，设备稍老旧，但是服务很好，前台周经理特别安排了满意的楼层，下次还会再住

位置还算可以吧，挨着地铁，近左是万达广场。就是里面设备比较老了，住的是豪华大床房，没啥太大感觉，反正一个人住还算宽敞。比130的房间好到天上了，送了双早双晚，还可以接受，对得起这个价。服务态度也还好，来早了，提前半天开房，没收费。没有什么时间体会其他服务，反正中央空调和隔音不错

酒店的设施有些陈旧了，卫生、服务总体还是不错的。就是房间的空调真心不给力，太热了，当天入住的房间空调怎么设置都是25度，太热了，后来安排人员来看了空调，说没问题，但还是热，后来晚上给安排换了房间，换了以后空调凉快很多了。总体还行，假期价格略高也是情理之中。

酒店地理位置极佳，就在地铁口，出行非常方便，喜来登的环境就不用说了，很多外国人也住在这里，从这里去灵山大佛有直达公交，去南禅寺，惠山古镇也相当便利。这边的曹操专车比较多，打了一辆车去三国城影视基地，速度快价格实惠，无锡真的很不错，打算带家长过来也选择喜来登，靠着万达广场100米，没事逛逛商场也是极大方便.
