酒店人手不足，礼宾只有一人。而且礼宾态度极其恶劣，早上借伞，礼宾毫无反应，问三遍，把住客晾在一边，白等了五分钟。而且礼宾示意拿旁边保安的伞，引起保安不满，导致不必要的麻烦！
