很愉快的一次入住体验。1、早餐很丰盛，晚上的自助餐也很不错。2、工作人员热情周到，还向我们介绍了无锡的景点给我们一些建议。3、酒店位置不错，靠近太湖，旁边吃的也很多很方便。4、酒店有停车场，停车不是问题。

服务很好，工作人员很热情，还向我们介绍了无锡的景点给我们一些建议，很满意。
前台热情周到，有问必答，还帮我们延迟到14点退房。早餐品种丰富，早餐种类挺多的，因为带孩子和家人出来玩，就在酒店吃了晚餐，酒店的自助餐很不错，彩色很新鲜，口味也很好，不愧是五星酒店的餐饮 。

有地上和地下停车场 。入住这里主要是方便去鼋头渚和蠡园，距离不会远，10-15钟车程 。早餐也不错、离万达开车十分钟内。餐饮不错，吃到了限量的“瑞雅一只鸡”，哈哈，很不容易啊 ，带孩子来玩的，还有儿童乐园，孩子也很开心

房间挺大的，设施也挺好的，早餐丰富，周围什么都有，小店，超市，还买了大白菜和胡萝卜，用于去动物园，胡萝卜还是酒店帮忙切小的，酒店的性价比非常好
