酒店设施可以，早餐也很丰富，这些都是满意的，大堂和早餐餐厅的服务人员都不错。缺点是房间进去有点点霉味，另外离开酒店那天想去酒店餐厅吃饭，因为带了老人同去，牙齿不太好，来到二楼那个餐厅想问问餐厅是套餐还是点菜，餐厅外走廊站着的两个服务员态度不敢恭维令人不爽。既然不耐烦人家问还站在那里干什么，摆设吗，呵呵

离鼋头渚很近，建议从酒店单车过去，开车很堵。早餐不错，周围小吃很多，都挺好吃的，去市中心也很近，开车去灵山大佛也方便，下次再来。

老酒店，住过很多次了，卫生不错，安静、安全。但主楼2楼的中餐实在是不得不说，跟以前比，退步了很多。昨天跟同事点了4个菜，几乎都没有吃完，没有食欲，菜量是很大，但做得不够专业。餐厅负责人已经拍照跟大厨说了。
