作为土著无锡人，本土自有品牌酒店挚爱莫过于太湖饭店?湖滨饭店。从小到大经常去参加喜宴、家宴、玩耍，酒店亦看着我们长大，所以内心就是饱含厚爱与怜惜，每次去都会感觉像家一样。这次一家四口给哥哥过两周岁生日，先后入住体验了大嘴猴、小黄鸭亲子房，给妹妹也单独安排了一间（如果有类似家庭套房就更方便了）。短短三日因为小朋友的调皮捣蛋经历了不少小插曲，但大多都很好的处理了，瑕不掩瑜整体还是非常愉快。服务环节，特别是礼宾部王主管耐心又贴心，提供暖心服务，前台接待服务态度热情，业务技能熟练，办理住宿和退房效率也很高，谢谢啦！最后，个人认为餐饮部小问题不少，希望能正视并端正服务态度，更上一层楼。

是为了看樱花去的，离鼋头渚很近，自驾非常方便。到底是国宾馆，酒店很大，建在山坡上，临近太湖空气非常清新。行政湖景阳台房，非常大，有独立的衣帽间，卫生间也非常大，床也非常大，完全适合一家三口入住。不论是餐厅还是前台，服务人员都是面带微笑，很和蔼可亲。除了房间里没有欢迎水果，一点小遗憾，其他都非常好。以后来鼋头渚风景区，还是会选择太湖饭店的。
