前台服务极差，特别是514号女员工，业务差态度差，我预定的房间，找不到信息，报了同行朋友们的名字也找不到，也不想想办法，态度生硬，难道找不到我就浪费一千多元不能住了吗？足足等了半小时，叫她去找经理才解决问题。旁边的女员工实际上知道什么情况，也事不关己高高挂起。走遍全国，这种服务态度还不如旅馆、商务酒店，哪与五星相配。

酒店环境不错，位置如果离湖边更近点就好了。房间住得很舒服，泳池和儿童区也不错，就是早餐差了点，不是种类少，而是实在不好吃，厨师是不是要换一批了？

酒店环境很好，大堂装潢精致，布置精美。和室外的园林风景都是一流的。内部装潢和摆件符合五星级标准。住在八楼窗外能够远眺太湖风景，唯一值得诟病的就是中餐厅的菜肴。太湖虾有一半不新鲜。无锡酱排骨肉质偏老， 鰣鱼口感还不错，太湖银鱼炒蛋好吃，质量还有待于提高。
