Amazing service and care from hotel staff. From check in to check out, the staff were able to assist with any of my enquiries. The room itself was spacious and the amenities provided are wonderful. The room was looking a little tired and in need of an upgrade- skirting boards were chipped as well as the furniture. Bathroom was spacious with a tub, but more attention required with the cleaning as the shower area had mould. The bed size was lovely but the pillows could be replaced as they were too flat- I used all 4 pillows to support my head and neck while sleeping. But, as always, an excellent stay at the Kempinski and I will return there again.

第一次入住这间5 星酒店，之前以为这品牌服务质素一定很好，但比较其他5星酒店真会比下去，Check in 时职员不会主动讲泳池在几楼及开放时间，要我们提问才会答。早餐只有门口有职员登记，没有人带位，要自己找座位，我和先生坐低后，有放两杯未饮的豆浆在枱上，然后再出去取食物，怎知当我回到座位时，已有其他人坐下，作为一间5 星酒店，怎会连一个 ‘用餐中‘的牌都没有提供？？？
酒店大部分职员笑容欠奉，唯一只有见到??房间的职员?对我们微笑，还跟我们说谢谢我们入住。
希望酒店能有改善??

酒店位置好，周围就是商圈，出门就是地铁站，去哪都方便。房间设施比较陈旧，毕竟是开业那么多年了，但是都很洁净。对客房清洁非常满意，室内衞生打扫的很彻底，还帮忙整理个人衣物、分门别类叠放、挂起，现在很多酒店做不到这一点。早餐种类丰富，最满意的是有专人现磨咖啡，不用自己动手。希望能提高一下外卖送达效率，点了两次外卖，都是等了很久都没送到房间，最后是到酒店大堂自取的。

环境：属于比较老钱风的酒店了，装修虽然很久了但是很整洁

忍不住还是要评价一下。
先説环境和设施，18年的酒店现在已经非常老旧了，维护的也不好，踢脚线开裂，地毯污渍很多，包括房间内有一股广东人所説的“up”味。包括空调只有冷气，没有暖气，只能送一个暖气来搭救，但这几天广东还是挺冷的，只能説杯水车薪。
再説服务，到了房间之后打电话到前台需要个红酒杯。前台的反馈是我入住时没有交按金，需要补缴，等会送酒杯的时候会把pos机带上…一时被她气哭…不是説不愿意交这个按金，而且入住也没让我交，再説了，里面冰箱东西也要收费，那我要是用了，不也是退房时结？幸好，后面送酒杯的时候没带Pos机，但送来了两个不一样的红酒杯，着实有点好笑了。
最后，礼宾小哥的服务态度也是比较一般的，输个停车票像欠了他似的。
酒店价格不贵，估计已经Price in了这些瑕疵和不足，但作为一家老牌五星，实在有失品牌荣光。
这个价格还不如住附近的万怡，或者多200块住万丽了。

前台小姐笑容是少了些。可能不够人手吧！
房间好像没有空调，要打电话到前台等工作人员去调教。
但整体酒店体验是不错。房间清洁，床亦舒服，隔音好。早餐有多种撰择而且热盆食物仍是热的。位置极佳，位于后海站旁。海岸城就在隔离，非常方便。
我们住的房间景观也很好。下次都会入住。??
