酒店位置优越，吃喝玩乐都方便。艺龙的感觉太不负责任了，预定当日，酒店打我电话，说我下了2次单，到时候要收我2次费用。我马上打给艺龙，艺龙又让我联系booking@因为它们系统问题，帮我推送了2次订单，因为是担保的订单。明明就住了一个晚上，还要收我2次费用，让我自己去跟酒店沟通。酒店又推脱让我去联系booking,booking的态度更是无语。又是订单号，又是pin码。这个明明就是我跟艺龙预定的，艺龙也没跟我说哪个是预定号，用名字还搜不到预定单。3方都在互相推脱，打了56个电话，还要我自己发邮件说明。自己的系统问题，浪费了我那么多时间。才处理完。
