酒店位置相当不错，逛街吃东西都很方便，交通也便利，因为是家老酒店，设施设备就老旧了些，但是还挺干净，前台服务也很棒，但是，但是，大堂酒吧的服务却让人大跌眼镜，每位服务员都像大爷一样，对顾客不热情，说话态度相当生硬，希望酒店把大堂酒吧的服务员好好培训一下，别辜负了那么好的大堂吧环境！希望下次去的时候大堂吧的服务有所改善！

凯宾斯基品质一直很好，各项服务都做的比较好，服务到位，酒店位置很方便，周边餐厅可选择很多，步行五分钟内，购物也很方便，后面就是商场，整体感觉好
