酒店真心不错，服务员都是微笑服务，好贴心的把我们的行李送到房间。酒店的餐厅东西也不错👍酒店的温泉♨️棒棒哒我们是周一入住，人不多感觉很不错。离大竹海也是超近的，不行就可以，真的很方便，下次出现还会选择同程预定

超级好评！家人一起出游，给了两间朝南的阳台，房间宽敞干净，从阳台望出去景色很美，酒店内有影视厅，温泉和健身房，早晚还有免费的散步卡，家人玩得很开心，很不错！！强烈推荐！！！

酒店总体很好，设施完善，服务周到，还可以去对面的竹海免费散步。要说不足的就是餐饮部，缺乏服务意识，跟客房部和康体部比差多了，而且酒店的菜也一般，竹鸡明显不如前一天在云湖吃的好，价格还贵。酒店我还会来，吃饭还是外面吃吧。
