酒店地理位置很好，在宜兴竹海大门对面，步行5分钟即可到达，酒店设施齐全，泳池干净，有赠送温泉票两张，但是时间比较紧张，没有去泡一下，有点遗憾，酒店服务超级好，尤其是前台，由于当天上竹海的时间比较长，赶回来已超过退房时间，酒店商量后决定可以延迟一小会会让我们洗了个澡，我觉得这是最人性化的地方，为服务点赞👍

门口的大叔服务非常好，从我们下车就帮我们拎行李，一直送我们到房间，房间是朝北的，不是正对竹海景区，但也可以看见部分竹海，晚餐比较清淡，价格稍贵，早餐很丰富，酒店环境不错，娱乐活动也很丰富，每天有免费电影观看，其中有我爱看的动作冒险电影，好评！下次来竹海还会选择这边住

来竹海旅游，六月中旬的宜兴已经是初夏往盛夏过渡了，温度很高，湿度也很高。不过山里还是很凉快的，再加上绿化面积大，酒店这里没觉得很热。竹海国际会议中心，硬件基本算是准五星了，前台态度也很好，住的南向阳台房，空间宽敞，推开门就是阳台，对面的就是竹海，景色秀美，空气怡人。酒店自带温泉，住宿免费泡，温泉环境也不错。另外自助早餐很丰盛，中西都有，服务员服务也很到位。来竹海商务游玩亲子首选。

行政房阳台就对着竹海，空气超好，工作人员服务好，中餐厅菜品不错哦。带娃吃喝玩乐很方便。
