酒店是2018年9月20日新开张的，还是有点装修味道。太湖边的伪湖景房，991也就只能住一间普通的客房，特别不值当。后来碰到一个憨厚的苏州老乡经理，折腾了老半天给我们换了间不带阳台的湖景客房，才能勉强住下。原本给的房间真是不敢恭维，朝着各种锅炉还有更可恶的就是放眼望去就是屋顶，哪来的园景房。所以要订这家酒店一定得订湖景房，不然位置实在太差。酒店房间的装修确实很糟糕，不上档次，淋浴房特别小还不能调节，绝对没有之前入住的湖滨饭店好。

无锡服务最好的酒店，没有之一。自助晚餐非常棒，品类很全 希望可以保持。又买了4张晚餐券。生日给安排了湖景房 面朝太湖 正中间的房间605 还送了生日蛋糕8寸的 ，房间非常OK 各方面设计很喝了房间风格也不错 干净，要强调的是泳池很棒 住过的五星中室内泳池最棒的 主要是细节很好 喷头 洗浴地毯 毛巾 柜子里的洗发水沐浴露 刮胡刀 等 汗蒸也很舒服。服务员眼里有活 随时为宾客服务。地下车库进出一起的希望可以装个镜子，就这么个小环节。总之性价比极高 服务极好 老婆住了很开心 。下次还住。
