非常感谢前厅部的anthony提前就安排房间，虽然用餐出现了一些问题，但Cherry经理及时跟进，态度特别好，把问题解决了，非常感谢Cherry的帮助！！

🔔服务：非常感谢前厅部的小伙Anthony！工作认真，态度特别好，提前就为我们安排好了非常漂亮的湖景房间，家人的房间也都安排在了一层楼！
🧹卫生：房间很大，功能齐全，装修也很新很干净！！！值得体验！

选择入住鲁能万豪酒店跨年，整体入住非常满意五星好评！酒店周边环境好，服务一流。门口有礼宾热情的帮忙拿行李，在行政酒廊办理的入住手续。行政酒廊服务很好，经理Sophia热情专业的帮我们办理了入住手续，还提供了欢迎饮品。非常感谢前厅经理Cherry安排的湖景房。下次还会选择入住。
