  Very nice hotel with good service. The begining was a bit bumpy as the room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm and information for all services were not given( Breakfast/ Dinner/ Opening hours) . However the staff was nice especially at the restaurant with Xiao Yang. The room has a beautiful lake view. The location is a bit far from the city center but anyway the Typhoon didn't allow us to go outside. Swimming pool is clean and not many people... We enjoyed and left the hotel rested.

  非常感谢前厅部的anthony提前就安排房间，虽然用餐出现了一些问题，但Cherry经理及时跟进，态度特别好，把问题解决了，非常感谢Cherry的帮助！！ 行政酒廊风景也很棒！环境优雅大气，很干净，经理sophia服务细致，有求必应！

  🔔服务：非常感谢前厅部的小伙Anthony！工作认真，态度特别好，提前就为我们安排好了非常漂亮的湖景房间，家人的房间也都安排在了一层楼！ 🧹卫生：房间很大，功能齐全，装修也很新很干净！！！值得体验！ 🍃环境：就在湖边、空气清新，环境特别棒！！适合度假放松，是世外桃源一般！
