选择入住鲁能万豪酒店跨年，整体入住非常满意五星好评！酒店周边环境好，服务一流。门口有礼宾热情的帮忙拿行李，在行政酒廊办理的入住手续。行政酒廊服务很好，经理Sophia热情专业的帮我们办理了入住手续，还提供了欢迎饮品。非常感谢前厅经理Cherry安排的湖景房。下次还会选择入住。

朋友过来，安排这家酒店，环境很好，开车过来也很方便，来参观房间的时候，还纠结要不要订这家酒店，特别感谢礼宾部的经理shota不厌其烦的帮忙介绍房间，一定给予好评，特别安排的房间很好，朋友住的很舒服，早餐味道也棒，前台礼宾餐厅的服务都不错。满意，赞赞

第一次入住无锡鲁能万豪，总体感觉还是非常不错的。办入住时，前台姑娘cris热情且专业的帮我办理了入住，还介绍了周边的旅游景点，感觉非常好。房间装修风格也非常舒适，湖景很好。以后来无锡还是会选择入住这里。不错！
