朋友过来，安排这家酒店，环境很好，开车过来也很方便，来参观房间的时候，还纠结要不要订这家酒店，特别感谢礼宾部的经理shota不厌其烦的帮忙介绍房间，一定给予好评，特别安排的房间很好，朋友住的很舒服，早餐味道也棒，前台礼宾餐厅的服务都不错。满意，赞赞

第一次入住无锡鲁能万豪，总体感觉还是非常不错的。办入住时，前台姑娘cris热情且专业的帮我办理了入住，还介绍了周边的旅游景点，感觉非常好。房间装修风格也非常舒适，湖景很好。以后来无锡还是会选择入住这里。不错！

酒店大堂开阔气派，入住时升级到了6楼的湖景，湖景很不错，房间布局也比较合理。泳池不错，有暖水区。就是儿童设施少了一点，儿童乐园里面没有滑梯，只有少量的玩具。早餐选择不是很多，味道比较一般。最满意的是空调的感觉，一是非常安静，房间的温度完全适宜，孩子也没有冷到，也没有燥热感。前台aileen很热情，服务不错
